The tutor: Swami Saradananda is an internationally renowned yoga and meditation teacher who inspires you to want to practice. She worked with the Sivananda Yoga Centres for thirty years as senior teacher and spiritual head of the facilities in New York, London, Delhi and the Himalayas. The books she has written include “Yoga Mind and Body”, “Chakra Mediation”, “The Power of Breath” and “The Essential Guide to Chakras”. She is currently working on a book about mudras.
After returning from an extended period of personal practice in the Himalayas, Swami Saradananda is now based in London, but teaches world-wide. Her classes are practical as well as theoretical in nature – and always enlightening!
