They provide gateways to deeper dimensions of the psyche, and are powerful tools to evoke latent inner energies and transform the mundane lower nature to the higher spiritual reality. In this seminar we will look at how mythology expresses itself in Hatha Yoga. How can your yoga practice help you to get access to a supra-personal aspect related to ancient symbols and myths?
