This is a retreat designed for yogis who would like to make serious progress in meditation, but find it difficult to keep up their practice in everyday life. Its goal is to allow you to have significant experiences in meditation and encourage you to continue the practice at home.
The schedule will be intense enough to encourage deep and real progress, but light enough to leave time for reflection and assimilation of the teachings. There will be a healthy balance between theory and practice.
