This restreat is a unique opportunity to study and practise with an internationally known yoga master. Remove yourself from the stress of your everyday life, indulge in the peaceful atmosphere of the Ashram to dive deeply into your spiritual practice. You will get insights and overcome obstacles that previously blocked your progress.There will be quiet time for you to digest what you have heard in the talks and experienced in the meditation. During this retreat, Swami Saradananda will guide you through chakra meditations, special breathing techniques and progressive asana classes.
