One week yoga retreat in the beautiful nature of southern france.Two yoga classes daily with expierienced teachers.Introduction to Ashtanga yoga primary series:learning the sequence with correct postures, sun-salutation, all standing- and sitting poses, how to include the Vinyasas (flowing movement between the asanas), syncronisation of the breath , finishing postures and introduction of the 3 Bandhas (internal locks) which are the main features of this yoga style.With Ronnie Radler (18 years of practising ashtanga yoga and trained thai-yoga-practitioner)Vini yoga ( the classic yoga of Sri Krishnamacharya & Desikachar) with an introduction to the Yoga-Sutras of Patanjali.With Sophie GeulinRelaxing and balancing yoga holidays with organic-vegetarian food, massages, walking and other aktivities.Enjoy and meet like-minded people .Cost: 470,- Euro (incl. accommodation, yoga tuition, org.veg food....)
