Yoga and Meditation on Ibiza

This will be an english spoken Yoga Retreat in a private Finca near San Antonio. The location is outstandingly beautiful, with sea view (to the sunset), different terraces, sauna, pool and also heating (as it is march...)We will be a small group for beginners and advanced with at least one large yoga session daily and meditation. Also we will learn to cook delicious ayurvedic food and find out more about our ayurvedic constitution and how to deal with it. March is one of the most beautiful months of the year in Ibiza, as it is still very quiet and the whole nature bursts out in blossoms and greens. Accommodation in the house or outside in a hotel.
