Sangeetha: shoulder exercises and hand warmup exercises such as wrist movements will help a lot in strenghthening hands.
Shammi: Dog pose is one of the best, an advance posture for strengthening the hands will be chatrungadandasana. Combine dog pose and bhujangasana together and do it in a series of 10 to 20, works completely on the arms.
