Namaste. I've been feeling lately that concentrating on heart opening asanas would be a great practice for the month of Ferbuary in honor of Valentine's Day. Problem's arise, however, when I practice too many back bends as I suffer from spinal misalignment commonly. And, I'm sure you're aware, many heart opening asanas... often include back bends. Besides Fish, Cobra, and Upwards Salutes, what other asanas would be great practice for opening of the heart, but avoiding backward bends?

It is never a good idea to overdue anything - even heart-opening exercises.
