What are the asanas which will help to reduce fat in hip area quickly?
One of our facebook friends asked this question. Do you have anything to add to the following suggestions?
Natasha: halasana is best but you have to be a good practitioner and regular . if you hold it for longer instead of making more repitions its better .
Shoumava: Halasana, Ardhamatsyendrasana
Chetankumar: Setubandhanasa will act faster
Chakrasana will beutify it
and Kandharasana will give it a necessary uplift and roundness

Risham: suryanamaskar is the best! some particular asanas for reducing fat at hips r bhujangasana, shalabasana, chakrasana n the mahaband pranayam also affects...

Chandra: I agree, Surya Namaskar will definitely help. In addition, a few more asanas which are not covered in Surya Namaskar such as - Baddha Konasana, Gomukhasana and Marichyasana will help.

Our minds trying to find different reasons not to practice yoga as we should. Downtown, and not only, is full of very stylish yoga studious, but actually those are just a stretching/fitness cl...ubs with a nice yoga business card.
Do yoga for you (Atman) and have only one thought in your mind when you're practicing : NO THOUGHT :) just feel the peace, and everything else will fall into place.

Kavita: May be rotating legs in full circle postion( clock wise and anti clock wise) It gives immense pressure on lower abdomen and thighs.
