I don't have enough time to do as much yoga as I'd like. What are the best asanas to do if I only have 20 or 30 minutes? Sandhya: practise to sit in vajrasana when ever you sit at home ,practise pranayama while you work and do some surya namaskara everyday,which is afull body strech exercise. Shoumava: @Siew no after dinner you cannot practice yoga only Vajrasana can be done after dinner it helps in digestion of food also you can practice meditation while at work in office chair there are forms of stretching and relaxation exercises see the net Sofia: kapal bhati 500 up very good for stomach reduction & weight reduction.
