Help for arm and neck pain

I have pain between my shoulder joint and elbow. My neck also seems to be strained. Please suggest the needful?

Self: Practise Shadaana mudra. slowly. And then practice Hasta Paarshwana. Slowly roll ur shoulders. Its imp that u start very slowly. The key to all this is enjoy each and every movement. Close ur eyes in the Final pose. Its basis stiffness that u are experiencing. If it occurs more during morning time.... its plain stiffness..


Assim: start with pavanmuktasana serise ,, and slowly slowly u can incriese ur prectise ,,, dnt try any advance prictise in starting first let the joints strong and then start the prectise like akarnadhanurasana and all


Ramesh: proper diet important factor-massage with herbal oil-vaman-basti-advisable with yoga


Natasha: you may have a problem with wrong posture for sleeping ..or a bad matress .


Shirley: yes,change your matress,is true!


Kapil: massage that portion 1st or consult a physician. then see once again the right method of ur excersise. & always warm up the body before yoga. so u will not b any problem with body.


Anju: tried everything! doesn't work?? no exercises seem to help?? the pain is worse at night!!
