Sarala: yes you are right.........when ever we feel fatigue UJJAYI BREATH
helps alot.. for relexation also good. this is my experience.

Natasha: mostly headaches come due to improper diet and sleeping habits .
.... one has to detox the body by sipping lime water slowly throughout the day fora day at least to clean the organs along with pranayaam through out ..
...It would be great feeling even if you dont have a headache ..
and Get sound sleep uninterrupted at least for 6 hours a day .

Jaswinder: When ever you feel headache Do 5min anulom vilom pranayam .

Assim: Practice in a calming environment with low lights and soft music. Finish your yoga practice with shavasana,Start your shavasana with Dirga pranayama – slow deep breathing in the belly and chest..Don’t forget to breathe, smile and be happy all day long if you want to be headache/migraine free.

Kapil: u should try kapalbhati & ujjayi are the best 4 headeche, they both clean & clears your skull. but with that u follow all the rules of pranayama, then only u will get full benefit of it.
regular & grdual practice are important factors to fol...low in yoga & pranayama.

Licha: more breath and headstand...

Lucy: shoulderstand, (sarvanagasan) supta vajra asan and simple vajra asan.....pranayama any but of course most powerful is kapal bhaati which itsewlf means shining skull....kunjal can also get your stomach quickly cleared which can be giving the headaches and jal neti also will head and eyes.

Chetankumar: Asanas which target Manipurak chakra r best for eyes.
Dis chakra has da sole responsibility of smooth functioning of eyes.
Provide more energy flow and nutrition of vitamin A to it.
Shirshasana and Sarvangasana will help against headaches of ...many kinds.
Stay away form alchohol if possible.

Avni: whch are asanas related to manikpurak chakra?

Chetankumar:  Dhanurasana, Mandukasana,Vajarasana ,Suryang pranayam ,will make energy flow through manipurak chakra and thus provide it,da consumed nutrition.
This chakra is associated eyes, legs ,yang energy(in kungfu),awareness, ability to perform work a...nd a remedy against sloth.
Too much to say but less space,Avni.
May god help u get more on it by a good book.
