Archana: if u can keep ur life style simple it will be lot benificial in every way actualy u have not mentioned ur age but according to age u can eat if ur in ur teens u can eat a b fast in the morning and then a lunch in the after noon and sancks i...f required in the evening and night dinner .u should get a sound sleep for that u need to work on ur mind u just be with ur self be help ful and +ve ,content with what ur having and do ur duties honestly .it doesnot mean u shuld not have friends but let there be some margine and with parents/family members, if u can be good honest helpfull.+ve just try and let me know

Gayathre: continue with your cycling. do with more insensity and for longer time. high intensity exercise will reduce tamas, increase metabolism and actually supress your appetite

What u should include in diet-wheat,redrice, hindi words here if u could find translation-jwar,bazra,moong,mutter,chana,gobhi,bhindi(ladyfinger),sooran,palak,anjeer,banana,jamun,ganna,apple,cheese,goat meat,amla,singhada.etc. U must drink "khas ka sharbat" daily khas must b original not scented,

Rakesh: You can also drink KOKAM SHARBAT daily for pitta prakop. Also eating pure GULKAND will help a lot.
