Praveena: vachik when the thoughts are many, upanshu when you can concentrate and then ajapajap is the highest level. Sirisha: silence makes you travel fast to reach he try to be silent! • What I do is that I set the alarm in my mobile phone for 30 min, sit on a pillow cross legged, close my eyes and sit till the alarm rings. Once in the morning and once in the evening.
  • Dear friend,

I generally begin with Om, and then remain a silent observer to what is happening within. I do not participate in whatever is happening, I just remain an observer.

    Soon meditation happens. Calm.....
