Hi,
The doctor has advised me to lose weight since I have knee cartilage degeneration issues. It is creating some pain but not totally immobile.
I had actually tried losing weight about 3 years ago & was quite successful. But unfortunately some amount of the weight came back & now I am 76 kilos.
I am going to the gym regularly & doing aerobics, treadmill & elliptical. But the doctor has advised me not to do these because of the knees problem.
So please advise me a yoga routine which will help me to lose weight at the same time strengthen my knees without further damaging.
