hello everyone, as i am new to this forum i just wanted to introduce myself.

my name is Angela Ditch, I achieved my 500 hour Yoga Teacher’s Certification in Sedona, Arizona at 7 Centers Yoga Arts, specializing in Kundalini and Hatha Yoga.
