Please advise if pranayama helps in making you fair; scar free skin.

Jeff: Yes, especially combined with purifying asana practice, pranayama can powerfully eliminate the toxins that produce stress-symptoms like acne. Scarring is probably another matter - namaste!

Jeff: one student of mine has seen results in as few as two weeks of intense practice - bikram (which i do not necessarily recommend) or ashtanga (be careful, you can injure) work very quickly. But as the great sage said, *make haste slowly,* and most importantly, you are PERFECT THE WAY YOU ARE.

Anil: Pranayama (specially kapalabathi & bastrika) makes face glow bcoz of better flow of prana or to put it simply better blood circulation. Not sure about the color change, haven't seen a dark skinned face turning fair while practicing pranayama:)
Shailendra: Yes Richa, pranayam does improve the health of skin. You can do Kapal Bhati and Bhramari.
Add to it Vaman Dhauti fortnightly and you will glow :-)
