One of our facebook friends asked this question and received the following replies - do you have any other advice: besides the following?
“Namaste :) I have started yoga since the past 5 months . I have few tiny problems .. My wrist is comparatively thin compared to my arms , also I find my left hand thinner than my right by few cms ... what can be done  . I have tried Chakrasana many times but I'am unable too get it .... is it due to my wrist being thing ??...
Kindly help.

Shoumava: no this must be a congenital defect of the structure so cannot be rectified easily..but long term practice of yoga may help
Keshav: Yoga never show -ve impact, bt Hat-yoga show. Effect of yoga can't be seen immidiate, so carry on yoga-'chakrashan'.

Shrivibhu: i think it is this way right from your birth. u cant help it. looks doesnt matter. if it is weak, try making it stronger by surya namaskar. do more wrist rotations wit ur hands up.

Praveena: Have you tried chakrasan via supine position rather than in standing position?

Angele: Try cat posture hands directly under shoulders flat to floor then gradually over a period of time (day on day) turn the hands around - eventually you are aiming for the fingertips to point towards the knees - all the time very gently pulsing towards the wrists this will build strength in the wrists and clear the ganglion of nerves that sit within.
