I recently decided to take up yoga thought that it might help relaxing and soothing, but more importantly to get me back into shape. I want to practice at home and currently already bought Yoga Mat & Yoga Wheel from Timberbrother on Amazon. I love the wheel which is amazingly comfortable for my back, and feel sturdy enough to support my body. My question: how to get the most out of them especially as a beginner and what else should I prepare? Is there any tutorial recommended? Thank you!
