Dharmendra: bhranmari pranayama is better for student Komal: any guided meditation for about 15-20 mins, shavasan, nadi shuddhi or even anulom vilom pranayam.. if one wakes up really early one could do a few rounds of surya namashkar followed by shavasan....it really energises the body... Lindy: the surya namaskar (sun salutation) is ideal, you'll find it energising, uplifting, try it in a relaxed vinyasa style Archana: do kapalabhathi 20-30min and meditation it will work. Sunita: l meditation will help u Siobhain: quick and simply do downward dog, fresh blood to the brain, or headstand, i do these when i need a boost before my spinning class Komal: could someone please let me know the difference between the ashtanga yoga style of surya namashkar and the vinyasa style....
