Yoga for colds and diarrhea

Hi!! i have, maybe, a tough question i hope you can help me: whenever I go home on vacation (or just days) I get a cold or what is more often i get sick in the stomach (diarrhea)... have you some advices what i can do?... i think more i need a solution :(. thanks a lot.
