i have a question..what is the best practice for hypertension/hyperventilation , where you get the uneasy feeling because the breath is out of rhythm? can you plz advice One of our facebook friends asked this question and received several replies - what would you advise? Sunny: Expectations : from your loved ones... When we think or got an intuition that they didn't care! When we try to control the situations which actually doesn't exists. Chetankumar: Anulom vilom ,Kapalbhati ,and sun salutations wid breath control will surely help. . . :) Garima: Anulom Viloma is the best practice to gain control over the breath. I wud also like to add that kapalabhati and Bhastrika can actually make u outta breath so these r best avoided!! Shammi: Ujjayi is most recommended for hypertension. Along with this, combination of Jiva Mudra, Singha mudra and brahma Mudra helps balance your BP. Brahmri calms your nerves. Also please get checked why it so happens that the breath is getting out of rythm. Is it some particular situation which is causing it, some particular time, while sleeping or awake as there are many other factors which could be responsible for this. Vidya: thanks a lot for the advice..it's heartwarming to get help for this , i began to practise anuloma viloma and counting of breath, check how much i breahth in and out, and try to breath out more..and yes it's true what sunny say Chamila: anuloma viloma few minutes daily.
