Hello everyone!
I have 3 weeks doing yoga. I have start it with beginner level. I am really enjoy practicing it. One day before I learn that I am pregnant. My question is if I should do yoga in this time or I must stop. Are there different type of yoga for pregnant woman?

I think you should stop yoga in this time or consult with any yoga expert or join any classes like Yoga Teacher Training India

If you are doing yoga at home, then you must stop doing yoga. But there are many yoga poses which you can practice at the time of pregnancy. Ask yoga expert about yoga in the pregnancy time. As per my knowledge here below are some yoga poses you can try at the time of pregnancy.

  • Vakrasna
  • UtKatasana
  • Konasana
  • Bhadrasana
  • Parvatasana:
