Yoga for reducing stress

Any yoga for students for reducing stress ?? One of our facebook friends asked this question and received several replies - what would you advise? Sita chaitanya: All/any part of yoga will help reduce stress. Set up a regular practice and try to stick to it and you will see results over time. Shashi: yes bt meditation is the best Shammi: Do chandrabhyas, brahmari rechak, anulom vilom or simply place your right palm on your abdomen. Inhale deeply and exhale deeply. With each inhalation feel the abdomen prodruding out and with each exhalation, feel in squeezing in. Make sure that your nostrils are involved in breathig and not throat. Sunita: first proper sleep 7 to 8 hours. this is very important. candle gazing n pranayams wiill help u lot. Pradeep: @ Sunita Ji... I am finding ways to avoid sleep !! Can't sleep for 7-8 hrs - impossible for me during next 6 months... Sunita: Pradeep ji , sleep is very important for brain to function at its full capacity. Sleep deprived brain will not function properly and ultimately you will lose.Keep proper balance between studies and relaxation. Pradeep: @ Sunita..
