In the course of training I have discovered that yoga laughter is primarily a method to improve breathing techniques. let me call it: the art of healthy breathing.
there are several types of yoga being practised all over the world and each type has its own values and benefits.

Yes, laughter is an apt and wise way to keep yourself fit. I have been doing it since I was 20. And it helps tremendously. There are various other pranayama techniques which are breathing exercises which can keep you fit and health for long run.
