Yoga to reduce flab from stomach

any yoga exercises to reduce flab from stomach?
This question was asked on our facebook page and received several answers - do you have any other advice?

Ida: Hmm, not thinking of any, but, I do have a big book of poses I could look through to find one. I guess mentioning pilates would be off topic :P But I know of a couple of those too!

Jamie: Boat pose plus cardio exercise

Kapil: u should try nauli & uddiyan bandha, which will help u a lot loosing flabs but practice must be regular & gradual.
also u do pranayama with that, because it gives "laghima" means lightness to our body so u wont feel the weight o your body. ...u wil feel fresh, healthy & energetic everytime.

Swati: boat pose and kapalabhati might be useful....easy and confortable to do...

Harte: Yoga is not a Exercise..

Kireet: Agnisar Kriya --- Take a few deep breaths. Exhale completely. Suck in your stomach. Hold your breath. count up to 20 as you inflate and deflate your stomach. Remember, you are holding your breath. Relax. Take a few deep breaths. Do this 3 rounds.

Lucy: mayurasan, (peacock) taking care to not let your elbows go apart...leading to a sudden nosedive. naukasan-boat, dhanurasan-bow pose shoulderstand-sarvangasan which means all limbs also has a significant effect on the body and 4 mins is equivalent to a 4 km brisk walk for the glandular system. Pranayam Bhastrika- which means bellows for increasing the fire which will also fire up y0ur digestion amongst other parts. Of course in pranayama focus on the holding out of the breath ie the 3 bandhs of course using whatever mantra you like....

Sarala: lovly.! If we do regularly no need of a doctor.
