I'm a German-American, and I lived for 20 years in Virginia, USA. I worked in a yoga teacher training program for over 10 years, and are still teaching at the center in Virginia once a year. 2020 I moved with my husband Ken back to Trier, Germany where I started to teach yoga classes.
