Schooled in many different styles so described as an Eclectic Blend of Classical Hatha Yoga including Iyengar, Raja, Sivananda & Ashtanga methods. Certified in the U.S. through Yoga Alliance E-RYT500. Took up practice in 1990 and spent years with different Masters.
My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s
Swami Sivananda, Swami Rama, Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, Swamiji Nithyananda, OSHO and many teachers in US including David Life, Stephen Cope, Jonny Kest, & so many more including Donna Fahri (not from US).
