I am an expert in the following areas:

50 years of experience in alopathic medicine (MBBS(Mad),M.Sc.(Sing),FRSH,(UK)Ph.D(USA),Worked for Govts.of India, Malaysia, Brunei and now giving free medical service with yoga asana,dhyana, pranayama training to children and adults at my residence 'SAI ILLAM' 2/98, ECR, Akkarai,Chennai-600119,TN,India. Doing yoga asana practice from young, Learnt TM meditation since 1970s.

My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s

Traditional, from various sources e.g.Yoga in daily life by Dr.K>S>Joshi and many others.

At the age of 74 having had 50 over years of medical & Health experience, interested in the balance of Mind,Body and Atma (MBA). Recently produced a Book-let on Yoga for Good Health, with photographs of 2 boys ( age 6 and 9) who learnt the yoga asana basics from me. This book-let was mainly produced for my medical class mates of SMC 1957 (Stanley Medical College-1957 batch still 69 of us are still alive.
