I'm a Professor Emeritus, retired in May of 2012 after 20-plus years teaching Theatre History, Contemporary Developments in Theatre and other upper level seminars at Ithaca College in upstate NY. I enjoy classical music, jazz and, when I can afford it, international travel.

It took me 67 years, but I'm slowly starting to learn. I found your beginners' video on YouTube and find it relatively easy, well explained, and very peaceful.
