I live in FL and plan on retiring soon so finally devoting time to those many things that are located in the faraway "someday Isle". Yoga is one of them.

I am a complete beginner to yoga and looking for a kind, gentle practice to guide me in this journey. I found a great video from this group on You Tube and was delighted with the pace and the way my body felt when it was over.
