I am a beginner.
Why I want to join this Yoga Community my.yoga-vidya.org
I am an admirer of yoga and it's marvellous content. I always wanted to take up a yoga class but unfortunately no yoga centre and the atmospheres impressed me. For me yoga should be practiced in a clean, clear and sound free atmosphere mainly in fresh air, on an early morning, so that we can have complete focus on ourselves . Then, I found my home to be the correct place. However I have limited knowledge of yoga, In order to practice I want some assistance. I am hoping this yoga community will provide me with assistance
