    Hello! I just wanted to thank you for posting the youtube videos. After years of just 'dabbling' in yoga, being unable to afford classes or find any videos I like, I finally found yours. I decided to get back into yoga because I was experiencing a lot of pain in my hip and after about two weeks, it is now almost completely gone. It has also helped with my anxiety in ways I never even imagined, so thank you so much for making all of that possible. :)
