I am a hatha yoga teacher and consultant emphasising on ashtanga yoga method codified by Pathanjali Maharishi. This yoga is just not a blind application of hathayoga practices, but tailored to individual needs, age and sex.

My Yoga tradition/style/center, Yoga practice, Yoga Master/s, Teacher/s

I follow the Swami Sivananda lineage , Rishikesh, Himalayas in the year 1967.

I have been a yoga practitioner for well over 4 decades and teaching yoga to several friends and well wishers on a non commercial basis since 1969. I have a small yoga centre attached to my home called Quantum yoga and Vedanta. I am an ardent student of Vedanta and hatha yoga.
