Originally from India, I grew up in India, Germany and England. I am a Yoga teacher and a Meditation facilitator from the Sivananada Yoga lineage. I was trained at Yoga Vidya in Germany. Otherwise I am a philologist and teach at a University in Florida. I love to write, cook, sing, practice yoga and meet my friends. I teach Yoga at my house here in Florida. Yoga plays a major part in my daily life, however I am very open-minded and respect the views of others even if I do not share the same opinion as long as we can be in a mutual dialog that is based on friendliness, fairness and non-violence.
