    Dear Selva and other friends of Yoga Vidya International,

    Yoga (union) as all of you know has 8 areas..Among them Yoga Asana, Pranayama and Dhyana are very important (does not mean others are less important) because in the present way of life the human body (both men & women) hardly get enough exercise to the body to keep it healthy. To keep the wandering mind under control daily practice of Dhyana is very important. To get more oxygen to the lung and there by to the whole body Pranayama (proper breathing practice) is very important. To practice this 4 to 6 in the morning and 5 to 7 pm in the evening are ideal. minimum 20 minutes to 30 minutes
    ideal to start with. After enjoying the benefits one will atomatically increase the time and
    the mind will never tell 'no time'.
