yoga is one of the most popular physical and spiritual practices in the world. There are many forms of yoga, such as Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, and Iyengar yoga. It has been around for centuries. Authentic yoga does not require any religious affiliation to practice. All that is required is a willingness to practice, do a bit of research when you start and make sure that you invest a lot of time in learning.
