Gentle Joint pain Yoga

Joint pain is generally caused due to injury, infection, illnesses (in particular arthritis) or an allergic reaction to medication or old age conditions. Given below are the causes and home treatment for Joint Pain.Joint Pain Causes :1. Joints not develop proper.2. Joint Injury.3. Arthritis.4. Joint stress.5. Swelling of a tendon.Joint Pain Treatment :1. Massage Eucalyptus (Nilgiri) oil on pain area. And Steam it by towel on the affected area.2. Take more fruits containing vitamin C like Guava (Amrud), Oranges, Black Grapes. Try avoiding potatoes (Alu).3. Fasting once a week and take only carrot (Gajar) juice or Cabbage (Patta Gobi) soup which helps to control lots of problems related to joint pain.4. Take proper posture while sitting, walking and sleeping.5. Banana is one of the very important fruit which helps to stronger joints.Exercise :In Joint pain Yoga, Exercises, Cycling, Swimming, and Walking is very much helpful in pain relief. Do only simple exercises don’t stretch too much. Exercise makes the muscles stronger around joints and also helps to maintain bone strength. Aerobic is also one of the popular exercise for relief in Joint pain which helps in fitness, movement and increases strength of bones. And try to do slow sun salutation, Tadasana, Dhurvasana, Tripose, Trikonasana, Kursi asana, dhanurasan, Chakrasana , Kapalbhati pranayama and nadishodhana ranayama.
