3 garlic cloves+1 spoon shatawar powder+ 1 glass of milk. Make small pieces of garlic cloves. And put shatawar powder and clove in the milk and boil it . Take daily morning for 90 days and perform these asanas Trikonasana, Tadasana, ek pad pranamasana and nadi shodhana pranayama for 20 rounds and each asanas 3 times. Try to walk bare feet on ground.
