A 15-20 minutes brisk walk, thrice a day can will save your life. Because there is nothing more natural than walking. The truth is that walking is a good way to loose weight. But it needs to be done systematically with consistency and regularity. It is a myth that walking is a slow exercise which does not help out in loosing weight.It is vital that your speed should be such that you should sweat. A brisk walk speed should be around 3.5 miles per hour. Before going for walk, it is always advisable to empty stomach with a small bottle of water.
