1. Conducted yoga workshops for Corporate, UNICEF, International schools, five star Hotels, Modeling agency,, prominent American NGOs and also given yoga tips to top most politicians, bureaucrats and film actors of Mumbai.2. Written book "Yog Se Aryoga Tak" in Hindi, which has also been translated in 12 other regional languages (Published by Diamond Books).3 Have done more then 2600 (Two thousand six hundred) yoga capsules with Prominent satellite channels like, Aajtak, Star News, Zee News, India T.V., Headlines Today, IBN-7, Live India, Sahara Samay Total TV, S1, PTC Punjabi, Loksabha T.V, Mahua (Bhojpuri), Mahuwa News, Pragya channel, La7 (Italian National Network C.N.E.B, Travel trendz channel, Jansandesh and D.D. National.4. As a freelancer I have been writing regular articles & columns for prominent newspapers like Times of India, Indian Express, The Financial Express, Delhi Mid-Day, The Hindu, Mail Today, The Asian age , Bombay times, Amar Ujala, Rashtriya Sahara, Hindustan (HT Media Group), Punjab Kesari etc. And magazines Asia Spa, Swagat, The eternal solutions, Filmi kaliya, Women on Top, outlook Hindi , Kadambini, Grehlaxmi, Gatirang, Good health, Mari Sangani & Vichar Saransh (4th Dimension Media Group). Etc.5. Launched 'Purna Yoga DVD' for home video.6. Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. has launched calendar in 2008 featuring me & Indian Cricket Team Captain M.S. Dhoni..7. Conducted preventive health care workshops focusing on ailments like Obesity, Diabetes, Asthma, Back problems, stress, insomnia and depression etc.9.Have done more then 750 episodes on yoga for D.D.
