End of 2nd Week

Though its been kind of a long week and Ive had some struggles its been a great week. I am very proud of myself for sticking with my routine this week. My body and mind feel a bit better, less aches, more relaxing and just a little stronger. I really am enjoying the videos that have been suggested for beginning. The first 2 is where I am at, they are very detailed and relaxing, although I do have to watch them on youtube if I want to expand them to my whole screen. Still its a great way to start your morning and getting your body and mind back into the swing of things. I wish everyone a great day and a great weekend!
