A beginner, yes I am with the yoga experience. Must be careful though. Certain yoga is very very good for those with fibromyalgia, other poses or exorcises is not good for fibromyalgia which I am learning the hard way, but then again in a good way. Sooner or later it would of been learned. Lesson one: back rolls for me is a no no. What happens is that the back roll ignites the tender points in the back causing the fibromyalgia to spark and pain to arise. This is day number three that the pain has not lifted. What has helped for me is the easy and slow back stretches given by Jen in her yoga u-tube video, very helpful.
