Get rid of Arthritis by yoga

9078786061?profile=originalArthritis is a disease of joints.. People suffering from this disease have a burning feeling, terrible pain and aching in their affected joints. There is a swelling, stiffness and heat in the joints. And most common of them are rheumatoid arthritis, Osteo arthritis and Gouty Arthritis. It is common practice all over the world to give medicines and recommend physical exercises to the patients for curing this disease.. Yoga system of treatment cures this disease with in two months when it is of moderate type. For chronic cases it might take 6 to 8 month’s time. I am explaining the yogic way system treatment for Arthritis;(1) Take proper diet, (2) Practice of Kriyas and Asanas.(1) Proper Diet: (a) Arthritis patients are advised to stop taking banana, curd, tea, coffee, bread, t, non-veg, oily and fried food. (b) Food of acidic in nature is not to be taken. (c) They should drink at least 14 to 16 glasses of fresh water. (d) They are advised to take mainly alkaline diet fruits like sweet orange, sweet lemon mousami and pineapple etc. (e) smoking and taking tobacco in any form should stop taking. (f) There should be at least at least 80% alkaline food items in their normal diet. (g) Once in a week fasting is very good for them.(2) Practice of Sushma Vyayama and Asanas : A regular practice of Sukshma Vyayama and Asanas will cure arthritis of any type without the use of medicine.(a) Yogic Sukshma Vyama (whole series)(b) Pawan Muktasana, Shashakasana, Bhujangasana, Gomukhasana, Setbandh asana, Tadasana, Vajrasana and Yogindra. Here I am explaining one Asana only.Gomukhasana Method: Sit on the ground fold left leg and keep the heel under the right buttock near the arms. Fold the right leg over the left leg and bring the heel under the left hip as much as possible. Close your eyes and bring right arm up over the shoulder with elbow bent in contact with your head. Bring the other arm behind your back with elbow under your shoulder and upwards. Try to clasp the finger of both hands behind your back alternate the position of two arms along with the legs.RHYTHM: Breathing normal.BENEFITS: This is very good for arthritis patients. This asana strengthens the breast and shoulder muscle.. Apart from yoga if you follow the routine like (1) walking is the best exercise, (2) swimming is also beneficial for Arthritis, (3) correcting false postural habits; (4) Dhayana is also very good.Note: Please consult doctor before starting any yogic exercise.
