Be still and realise the Truth. Be vigilant and destroy the Vasanas and Vrittis. The more the
thinning of the Vasanas, egoism and Dehadhyasa, the greater the bliss of the Self.
May you attain Kaivalya or peace of the Eternal, leading the divine life, serving the poor and
the sick, feeling the Divine presence everywhere at all times, in all faces and radiating joy and peace
to all those who come in contact with you.
