The European Yoga Confederation (EYC) is an institution founded in April 2014 by the most eminent yoga experts and teachers from various countries. EYC members come from Portugal, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Italy, France, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Russia, Latvia, and Poland. The 1st EYC Congress was held in 2014 in Germany. The following, second and third, took place in 2016 in Belgium, and in 2018 at UNESCO’s headquarters in Paris.
The 4th Congress will take place on 24-27 April 2020. with an optional day program on 23 April 2020 in Poland, at the Sulisław Palace. This is an amazing opportunity for teachers and yoga practitioners to learn more and meet yoga masters from all over Europe.

6:00 – 8:00 | Sukhshma Vyayam – Experiencing working of body and all vital organs, including the subtle faculties, use of Bandha and Mudra to direct Prana flow, learning Pranayama techniques to silence the senses and connecting mind to the thought plane – the Chitta. Health Sciences teach about Physiology, Anatomy, Biochemistry and Psychiatry, which can be clearly experienced in this session. |

Localization
This year’s Congress takes place on the grounds belonging to the Sulisław Palace, 17th-century facilities, located between Wrocław and Opole in a picturesque and secluded area. For Congress guests, we have prepared accommodation in comfortable double rooms at the Hotel Sulisław ***. Our resort beside the accommodation area has many additional amenities such as a marina with a sandy beach, a full-size sports hall, numerous lecture halls, the Congress Hall and Ayurvedic SPA.
For guests who prefer more economical accommodation we have prepared a campsite.
