EVERYONE IS TALKING about pranayam — doing it and recommending it the others. What then is so good about this ancient art of breathing?

Pranayam, sure you know, combines parana, standing for life or life-force, and yama, for law or regulation. Combining these two, the word encapsulates the concept of the law for governance of life-force.

What is life-force? Though a delving matter for the mystics, parana can be explained as the charge that drives every bit of the living beings — in just the same way as the charge in the battery drives the motor. It can also be explained as the core vibration of sub-particles — both dark and illumine sub-particles — at a constant nano-cycle within a confined space and time.

Generated within a causal interface, it is a nano-emotional charge — a silhouette of transcendental fundamental hyper-force. This nano-charge is so minute that it is next to impossible to calibrate or understand it with our present level of scientific understanding — because, first of all, we have no clue which sub-particles and nano-particles are involved in this intricate process. I presume, quarks will be over and up to octaquark and the ray dislodgment rules. This incredible process is as intriguing and enigmatic as the big bang of our cosmos. Prana emulates the same process as that of the big bang, but in the nano phase.

So, this is one way of looking at prana and yama. Yama sets the rule for prana or the life-force. It is yama that dictates the life-force — or how the life-current flows through the living body instruments. Yama can be seen as the protocol of the prana for regulating the charge flow through the neuro channels

The sages and the mystics use pranayam to revitalize the damaged system or to optimize the system to higher levels of channeling prana for extraordinary purposes required for servants of transcendental fundamental hyper-force. Pranayam, if done correctly, can repair and restore all living body and mind dysfunctions.

Pranayam is segregated into two categories. First is breath-controlling or calibration and or recalibration to desired need. The science of this breath-calibration is called Hong-Su. This the most advance process. The second one is calibration of lifetron or prana channeling through three dedicated channels at particular calibration, running within the vertebral column. Both processes are mandatory for the accomplishment of the ultimate goal. Om Tat Sat

Pranayam is wrongly understood as a technique for body exercise. It’s much more than that and is far more impacting, integrative and intricate for it to be easily fathomed.
