Shashankasana [A posture for relaxation]

For this asan, one has to sit in Vajrasana. Then slowly inhale raising both the hands above the head.Keep the palms facing forward.Now exhale slowly placing hands on ground and bending from the waist.The forehead should also touch the ground.Allow yourself to be in this posture for a minute or two relaxing completely.
