Vajrasana

This is a very easy yogic posture or asana which has a good effect on your digestive system.
For this, you have to first sit on your knees by bending your legs,keeping your toes joined and feet on the ground.Keeping your spine[back] straight,place your hands on your knees,keeping your arms straight.I would recommend this asana to each one of you...especially the beginners as it's very easy. After a long journey it soothes your tired legs.You can try this at any time of the day even as you are reading this.
