Harilalji begins this satsang talk with a story about how our perceptions influence whether we see the world as good or bad. The good or bad is not necessarily in others, but in our perceptions. He goes on to talk about different types of yoga practice: for self-realization, to be happier, for treatment such as yoga therapy, and more.
